Manager Internal Audit

 

 

This position audits local operations for compliance with internal company policies and programs. This position will have high visibility to ATC's Senior Management. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited, to: Conduct branch and local office audits Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting practices Recommend changes to current practices to improve company operations Identify opportunities for increased operating efficiency and cost reduction Update and revise Internal Audit Program Conduct due diligence on acquisitions 50% domestic travel to various branches Special Projects as assigned

 

 

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5-7 years related experience in internal auditing. Experience conducting due diligence for acquisitions and strong accounting background desired. Baccalaureate Degree in Accounting. MS Word and Excel experience. Advantage experience a plus. Position will be located in Houston, TX.
