Our Transaction Services Group is seeking an Audit Manager to add to their expanding team.

This manager level position will be responsible for directing and managing project teams involved in financial due diligence assignments for buyers and lenders to middle market companies. Will supervise and train project teams to be able to analyze the quality of the target company?s earnings and assets. Will prepare and present findings in a comprehensive report that is unique to each assignment. Will be responsible for networking and generating new business within the private equity community and will establish and refine methodologies and work templates to streamline engagement team management efficiency.

Qualified candidate requirements:

* Undergraduate degree in accounting with a minimum of 6 years of public accounting audit experience. (Public Accounting- CPA firm experience is REQUIRED), with 24 months of merger and acquisition transactional service experience.
* CPA
* Able to establish guidelines and train staff to be able to identify key issues in potential acquisitions.
* Effectively communicate and interact with private equity partners and company officers and possess sales and inter-personal skills needed to secure new business and develop strong relationships.
* Manage project teams on complex due diligence engagements with tight deadlines and last minute travel requirements.
