Manager of Consolidations and Reporting

POSITION TITLE:Manager of Consolidations and Reporting

 

REPORTING TO:   Corporate Controller

 

LOCATIONS:   Westford, MA

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Responsible for global consolidations, overseeing the annual and quarterly external financial reports, profit sharing plan financial statements, financial attachments to the quarterly earnings release, and certain other external filings. Oversee all monthly and quarterly internal management reporting and analysis, including quarterly financial reports prepared for senior management and the Board of Directors.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Accounting or Finance degree is required. 6+ years of public accounting, GAAP experience and consolidations experience required. CPA preferred.
