We are conveniently located just 35 minutes reverse commute from downtown Denver and a 25-minute commute from downtown Boulder.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned CPA finance professional with at least eight years of financial analysis and planning experience.  Candidates must also possess broad financial technical expertise and should be able to step into this role and immediately gain credibility and respect within the company. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership, ERP implementation in a manufacturing environment a must, communication, and mentoring skills with a team-oriented and consensus-based management style. S/he will be an excellent operational manager who can lead a talented team of finance professionals and is prepared to roll up his or her sleeves when necessary.

The primary duties will include financial planning and analysis activities required for corporate level decision-making; Responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, metrics (operational and financial), executive dashboard, financial analyses and reporting requirements of executives. Product concept and financial analysis working with sales and marketing (product life cycle process).
