Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

As the Manager of FP&A, this person?s major roles will be to manage the budgeting process for all operations, reviewing quarterly and monthly forecasting results, as well as providing support for all Financial Operations. They will also oversee the capital budgeting proposals, and be involved in the long term planning and forecasting, working directly with the VP Assistant Treasury. This person will be responsible for motivating and developing their staff, and therefore must be highly motivated themselves. The role offers nearly endless career growth potential.

 

Recommended Experience/Skills and Education:10+ years of experience in Accounting/FP&A; previous experience in developing and operating financial models; and Operations Finance experience preferred. Previous managerial experience required; departmental responsibility managing a 5+ professional staff preferred. Extremely customer-focused; able to provide superior service to our internal customers. Strong time management skills required; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well as part of a team. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; Hyperion experience preferred. Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
