Managing Director - Fund Accounting

Job Summary:

Deliver the custody fund accounting product to clients with the highest level of service. Manage the budget for the division. Manage the operating risk to eliminate bank exposure on a $130 billion asset base. Generate business through managing clients and determining strategic objectives of the division.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensures all fund groups deliver the highest level of service to all clients.

2. Ensures proper personnel, systems and procedures are in place to mitigate any potential financial exposure for the bank of clients.

3. Identifies opportunities to generate additional business for the bank and develop and execute strategies to close new business deals.

4. Manages budget for the division.

5. Executes staffing and recruiting strategy.

6. Identifies, prioritizes and implements systems enhancements to achieve objectives.

7. Identifies and executes strategies to grow the assets and earnings growth.

8. Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

10-15 years in financial services. Knowledge and experience in operations management and financial services.
