Entry- or developing-level professional. Learns and applies professional concepts. 1.  Responsible for proactive work order management and accountability for issue resolution related to the end to end work order supply chain life cycle (work order through installation).  Coordinate and manager issue escalation to appropriate supply chain organizations as needed on an individual basis.  2.  Analyze high profile / high priority work orders both in stock and direct shipments to determine next steps based on individual order circumstances. 3. Facilitate work order modifications (updates and changes) based on specific customer requirements. 4.  Develop and initiate a process for systemic notification delivery to customers when complete staged order is received along with subsequent releases in order to facilitate complete order management.  5.  Analyze reporting including:  the jeopardy reports and determine when notification to the customers is required as well as project manage the next steps to resolve the issue and the lost, stolen and damaged report and determine next steps as applicable to individual situation and ensure issues are seen through resolution.  6.  Communicate and provide shipment notices, carrier coordination and proof of delivery as required to assist in problem resolution; Project manager Material Job Information Memorandums to ensure satisfactory resolution is achieved.  7. Create, maintain and update a work order status log in order to ensure issues are resolved and allow for root cause analysis of issue for possible process improvement opportunities.  8.  This position will also serve as the single point of contact ensuring continuity for the network organization and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across the network regions by facilitating monthly touch point conferences with designated Network Counterparts.  This group will work closely and coordinate communication between the Network Organization, K&N (our 3rd Party Logistics Provider), our External Suppliers and the Supply Chain Organization.
