More than just a Controller - To $100k

I need someone who is more that just a Controller.  You need to have a passion and understanding for manufacturing operations, cost accounting, and love to get in there and deal with issues facing the business working as a pro-active change-agent.  This position will springboard you to your next role within the organization which could be Regional Controller, Regional Finance Manager or more.

 

I need an energetic, extroverted, team leader that will guide the organization and provide financial support on a bevy of projects including: Standard Cost Accounting, the Annual Operating Plan, Internal Controls / SOX, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Variance Reporting, Income Statements, and the Month End Close. 

 

You must have the ability to function independently and affectively in an unstructured, self directed environment.  I need a strong, savvy player whose technical abilities are matched by their ability to work with people with a variety of backgrounds.
