Move Management Analyst/Client Services Administrator

Graebel is seeking a Client Services Support Administrator, for our Move Management Division located in Aurora, CO.

 

*To be responsible for the collection of data and report creation for clients.  Gathers information from a variety of databases and sources in order to prepare ongoing, new and/or ad hoc reports.

*Responsible for the updating of training manuals and procedures for the move management system. Provides support for new client implementation and training.

*Coordinates marketing information with marketing department.  Maintains and updates marketing materials. Provides marketing support for Director and other senior executives, as needed.

 

Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience. 2-3 years of report writing experience with a variety of databases.  Ability to collect data from a variety of sources to accomplish a specific report efficiently and accurately. Excellent usage of Windows/Office and associated software, ability to utilize a variety of databases in order to obtain the required end result.
