Director of Finance Operations- Rapidly growing billion manufacturer is looking for a strong financial professional. Responsible for guidance, supervision and development of Operations Controllers. Ensure that company (HQ and local) objectives are met, including compliance with GAAP requirements and maintenance of appropriate internal controls. Guide and assist in the development and communication of meaningful financial and operations analysis. Develop working relationships with Operations management (HQ and local). Promote and ensure a smooth working relationship between Operations Controllers and their local management team. Must have experience with financial reporting, cash flow analysis, banking as well as advanced excel/systems skills. Client would prefer someone with either and MBA, CPA or industry experience.

Director of Accounting: Publicly traded $500 million in revenue plus growing company is searching for a financial professional with 10 + years experience with a track record of progressive managerial responsibility. The candidate will have demonstrated that he/she can work in a complex environment, and can serve as an advisor to the senior managers as well as to the Controller and CFO. The candidate should have strong technical accounting skills as well as a strong basis in systems of internal control. MBA and or CPA.

Director of Financial Reporting: Updating company policies and procedures; working on special projects and working with the Financial Planning & Reporting and
Financial Systems groups to help develop new financial systems. Managing the consolidation process including collection, validation and analysis of companywide financial information. CPA certification 10+ years experience in the accounting field (public accounting a plus)Preparation of SEC filings (10-K & 10-Q).

Controller-(Pre-IPO Biotec company)The Manager, Accounting will be responsible for the Company?s revenue and contract accounting. This position will also have responsibility for other related accounting and reporting. This position will also develop internal policies & procedure and engage in special projects, as needed. This position will interact internally with the Company?s Sales and Legal departments. CPA preferred. Minimum of 6+ years directly related experience including strong revenue recognition experience. Background in high tech manufacturing desired. Strong technical accounting and research skills.

Director of Internal Audit- The director will mainly be responsible for the Company?s compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. This position will also participate in quarterly SEC filings. This position will interact with the Company?s operations, IT and legal departments, as well as with external auditors. CPA and or CIA with 6 plus years of audit and or SOX experience.


Multiple Senior Financial Analysts: Rapidly growing technology, services and internet company is searching for a financial professional. The Senior Financial Analyst provides analytical and decision support to senior finance and operational management by developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning, analysis and control, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This is high growth role with and rapidly expanding company in a professional and collegial environment. Strong background in analysis and report writing required. Experience with report writing packages, advanced excel skills and understanding of GAAP preferred.
