POSITION:  North America Regional Senior Accountant

REPORTS TO:  North America Regional Accounting Manager

 RESPONSIBILITIESActively participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement closings for the NA RegionParticipate in the maintenance of the NA Region?s system of internal controls through reconciliation of general ledger accounts and providing reconciliation analysis to the CFO, Corporate Controller and Regional ControllerServe as the NA Region system administrator for FAS (Fixed Asset System) including capital expenditure tracking and reporting Assist the Regional Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly actual vs. plan variance reporting for the NA RegionWork with the Company?s external auditors to ensure timely completion of year end auditsAssist with the preparation of the annual profit planSupport Regional and Corporate finance staff with various special projects

 REQUIREMENTSBachelor?s degree in accounting2 to 4 years of practical accounting experience, manufacturing environment preferredCPA or CPA candidates preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsSolid technology skills, primarily including Microsoft ExcelEnergetic, highly-motivated personality
