is now hiring a Payroll Specialist to work in Mt. Laurel, NJ

 

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to work in our busy Mt. Laurel, NJ Office. The right candidate should be a polished professional who is assertive and has experience and/or the desire to work in Payroll.

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for performing a payroll cycle weekly, collecting hours from the timecard and record on a turnaround, make payroll and billing adjustments, verify all entries for accuracy, balance reports: wage reports, pay hours and bill hours, gather invoices for clients and send out accordingly, keep track of several weekly reports that need to be updated on a regular basis, etc.

Requirements: Excellent communication and MS Office skills. Individuals must be able to effectively work with both corporate clientele and a diverse workforce. Must be detailed-oriented and organized with the ability to handle working in an extremely fast-paced environment.

This is a temp to hire opportunity M-Thursday 8-5pm with a full time training, M-F 8-5pm.

Salary:$13-14.00/hr
