Sabertooth Games is the Collectible Card Game (CCG) division of Games Workshop, the largest and the most successful tabletop fantasy and futuristic battle-games company in the world. Sabertooth currently designs and produces three collectible card games: Dark Millennium: the Warhammer 40,000 CCG, WarCry: The Warhammer CCG and the Universal Fighting System, a CCG of fisticuffs and weapons featuring characters from a wide variety of genres and intellectual properties

Position Overview

Due to our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a suitably experienced and enthusiastic person to fill the key role of Office Bookkeeper / Administrator. The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Analyst and Operations Managers and will be responsible for both the AR/AP functions, the monthly bank and cash report reconciliations as well as routine office administration tasks such as events booking and co ordination.

 

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping

? To perform monthly Bank reconciliations and Cash Report within deadlines for review by Management Accountant.

? To maintain Petty Cash and perform monthly reconciliations.

? To process monthly customer statements.

? To maintain a summary of customer debt.

? To process invoices accurately and on time

? To process bills and receipts accurately and on time

? To process bi-monthly payroll journals

? To deposit to the bank weekly all processed funds

Office Administration

? To organize and co ordinate travel and events.

? To manage office supplies within budget.

? To create and maintain an accurate filing system...

Communications

? To liaise with customers and effectively deal with account queries.

? To liaise with the Management Accountants in the UK and provide information as requested.

? To liaise with the Sales Team and help deliver superb customer service.

 

Required Experience

Technical

? Finance and bookkeeping experience

? A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

? Familiarity with Sage Software a plus.

General

? The ability to record day to day financial transactions

? To understand and recognize the nature and purpose of different transaction-recording techniques

? To understand the relationship between balance sheet and profit and loss and the underlying transactions that influences them.

? Excellent organization and time management skills.

? A ?can do? attitude to getting the job done

? Having a valid Driver License.

? Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers and staff.

? Ability to work with external teams efficiently, including those in different time zones (UK).

? Attention to detail and problem solving skills are essential.

? Self-motivated and able to work independently.
