Office Manager/ Accounting

Exciting temporary to permanent position for an experienced Office Manager/ Accounting person.

Ideal candidate will have 3 years experience or more working in a small office environment, proficient user of Quickbooks,Word, Excel, Access, coursework completed in Accounting and be able to type 50 wpm. Job duties include A/P,A/R, payroll entry, preparing financial report/statements/budgets/tracking income and expenses and general office management and HR duties, marketing support and front desk. Interested candidates must have detailed resume, references and be available immediately. Pay depends on experience, hours are M-f 9:00-5:30 pm. Only candidates who meet the afore-mentioned criteria and who have recent, pertinent experience working at no more than two locations in the last five years will be considered.
