OFFICE MANAGER/ BOOKEEPER WANTED

Known for its quality products and superior customer service, Hershey Ice Cream is currently looking for an OFFICE MANAGER / BOOKKEEPER for our distribution warehouse and office in Winchester, Virginia.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY



Check in delivery drivers and verify their deposits daily.



Calculation of Driver commissions.



Completion of bi-weekly payroll documentation.



Application of payments/credits to outstanding balances.



Contacting dealers with outstanding balances to acquire payment.



Review of monthly Accounts Receivables report with Branch Manager and Area Managers.



Assist Operations Manager with monthly inventory reports.



Printing of daily loading reports and dealer invoices.



Updating current or new dealer information.



Assist dealers with customer service questions.





Qualified individuals must be hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and have basic computer knowledge including knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and Outlook). Must pay close attention to details and accuracy. Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, correspondence and procedure manuals are a must.



Individuals must have the ability to write basic correspondence and communicate effectively with customers, home office and branch personnel. Applicants must be able to solve practical everyday problems with little or no assistance and be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Must have sense of urgency and be able to prioritize workload in an efficient manner.
