Operations Analyst

We are currently looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team. Primary responsibilities include project participation and management, and business analysis.

Successful candidate will:

Assist Management in analyzing data and making business recommendations.

Develop and analyze financial models.

Analyze business or operating procedures to devise the most efficient methods of accomplishing company goals and objectives.

Participate and lead various projects.

Perform ad-hoc reporting requests and other duties as assigned.



Statistical and Analytical - Document a business issue or theory, develop hypothesis and perform statistically accurate analysis to test. Prepare and deliver business summaries with recommendations. Develop tools to improve analysis. Improve skills to better perform function. Build solid understanding of business, data sources and structures



Business Analysis - Create business and financial models to predict future results. Discover and document as is business processes and use process mapping techniques to improve processes and/or reduce waste. Analyze sales volume, marketing programs and other data for tends. Perform adhoc analysis to support business. Provide summaries and recommendations. Develop strong relationships at all levels within the company to support efforts and foster solid business partnerships.



Project Participation/Management - The analyst will contribute and/or lead project initiatives. This will include project leadership responsibilities and project support roles including business case analysis, project tracking, process mapping, coordination and implementation of programs and initiatives. Interact with other business functions in supporting the development and implementation of process improvements.

- Expert level Microsoft Excel skills, creating formulas, pivot tables, forms, etc.

- Advanced skills in utilizing Microsoft Access or other database to work with large amounts of data

- Expert level Microsoft Powerpoint skills

- Working knowledge of process mapping

- Complete knowledge of Microsoft Windows and personal computer

- Experience working with and presenting to all levels within an organization

- Math, analytical and organizational skills required

- Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy in daily work, ability to work independently and meet deadlines required.
