Operations Consultant

Will review documentation that will be syndicated; prepare and review syndication documentation in accordance with Master Assignment Agreement and Bank policies and procedures; facilitates closings with investors, work on complex documentation; interface with legal counsel, line partners and investors; maintain responsibility for accuracy of documentation.  College degree or leasing experience required.
