Job Description

 

?  Responsible for all cost accounting and operation cost analysis activities for a semiconductor manufacturer with wafer fab in the Silicon Valley with an off shore subsidiary in Asia.  As a hands-on manager you will, lead the team in performing all operations cost accounting & analysis functions, including cost variance reporting and analysis; identification and implementation of cost and efficiency improvements; establish and monitor performance measurements, forecasting and budgeting; and perform accounting close processes, SEC reporting and SOX compliance.  Accounting close processes include inventory valuation processes such as standards setting, excess & obsolescence reserves, LCM reserve and FIFO costing.

 

 

Requirements

 

 

  ?  BS/BA in Accounting CPA prefer

?  Minimum 5 years working experience in semiconductor

?  Cost Accountant management level preferred
