Order Entry/Billing Clerk

ORDER ENTRY & BACKLOG CLERK



STATUS: Full-time



KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent.



Two years work experience in billings area.



Good computer knowledge, Excel, and Word required; JDE experience a plus.



Analytical and capable of performing calculations including percentages and ratios.



Detail oriented and excellent organization and communication skills needed.





 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Generate billing invoices based on shipments of product.



Distribute and mail invoices.



Maintain customer files.



Review sales update process.



Develop spreadsheet reports.



Assist Orders/Billings Supervisor on special projects.



Cross train in order entry functions for backup as needed.



Understand company sales order types.
