PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
ProPath Laboratory, a private anatomic pathology medical practice needs a Payroll Administrator. Duties include processing semi-monthly and monthly payrolls, policy administration, maintaining payroll records, reconciling and preparing accounting data for journal entries, research and resolution of payroll issues, processing and payment of invoices, report preparation and distribution, and calculating and maintaining employee financial and benefit information in payroll system. Requires at least 5 years payroll management experience. Accounting/payroll coursework or CPP certification is a plus. Proficient in ADP payroll, ReportSmith, and E-time systems. Working knowledge of state and federal wage and tax regulations in addition to principals and practices of payroll and accounting.
