PAYROLL COORDINATOR

Criticom International is an alarm monitoring division of Integrated Alarm Services Group.We provide alarm and critical conditioning monitoring services to over 750,000 homes and businesses nationwide. 

 

Criticom International Corp is seeking a full-time Payroll Coordinator to perform payroll administration out of our Wall, NJ office.  The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for processing bi-weekly multi-state payroll in ADP and other related functions including maintaining employee records, processing voluntary and involuntary deductions, monitoring garnishments, child support and other tax levies and related tax issues.  Other responsibilities include: monitoring controls, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, processing year end close and W2 processing, 401k match and loan processes and reconciling all wages, taxes and benefit accounts.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

5+ years related professional experience.

Certified Payroll professional certification a plus.

Proficiency in ADP PCPW, E-time & Report Smith

Basic tax knowledge ? federal, state, Fica and local tax withholdings

Knowledge of 401k processes and regulations

Multi-tasking skills

Strong communication and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

General understanding of state and federal wage and hour laws

Experience with prevailing wages, job costing and 1099?s a plus.
