QualificationsProcess client payrolls via fax, email, internet or electronic transmission with a high degree of accuracy while providing excellent customer service. Ability to learn advance levels of payroll software as well as other supporting software packages.Effective Communication skills, via oral and written methods for internal and external customers.Enjoys Multitasking.Continual support and technical assistance to clients through telephone and web meeting software. Resolution of client issues while enhancing client knowledge to ensure satisfaction and to improve awareness.Has working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and other payroll related subjects.Has the ability to work in a Team Environment.
