In conjunction with our growth BAND-IT-IDEX, Inc. is actively looking for a Payroll/Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees.? This person will be responsible for posting related journal entries, monthly payroll reconciliations,?report processing and other miscellaneous payroll tasks assigned as needed.? Additional responsibilities include basic accounting and general clerical tasks related to accounting. Successful candidate will have ADP, (PCPW or Enterprise) payroll experience, strong computer skills and excellent attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Two?plus years experience in payroll processing and accounting

Working knowledge of accrual accounting concepts.
