PCM Operations Specialist

Job Description: Summary Completes a broad range of highly complex and specialized operational duties within assigned area of Payments & Cash Management (PCM), ensuring timely completion compliance with established internal standards and external regulations.



Accountabilities




Completes data entry or repair of electronically transmitted funds transfer requests in a timely and accurate manner.




Ensure activities comply with pertinent internal standards and external regulations.




Adheres strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.




Complete other related duties as assigned, including providing training to less experienced personnel. Support the Company’s Diversity programs.

Job Experience:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

? Minimum of four years proven and progressive PCM Operations experience or equivalent.
? Proven organization, planning, analytical, problem solving, customer service and communications skills.
? Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
? Knowledge of operational policies and procedures for assigned area.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality as well as operate pertinent office equipment
