Payroll / Accounting Clerk

The Payroll / Accounting Clerk will: be responsible for payroll data entry, audit weekly accounts payable check cycle, review Personnel change report on a weekly basis, Review & Audit weekly payroll reports, audit payroll checks, complete personnel forms, make daily runs between facilities, and perform clerical duties. 

 

Must have ability to adapt to changing priorities and managing a range of projects.  Ability to handle matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.  Timelines in reconciling accounting reports.  ADP - Enterprise experience a plus.
