Payroll Administrator - Direct Hire!
Summary Description: Full time position to provide complex clerical payroll duties involved in the preparation, reconciliation andprocessing of payroll.
Essential Functions:
? Process payroll and related records
? Summarize deductions and withholdings for journal entries
? Monitor changes in payroll-related data
? Prepare monthly reconciliations.
? Communicate with internal and external customers resolving variances on accounts or payroll issues
? Perform bookkeeping-related tasks by carrying out a variety of accounting and reporting duties
? Research and analyze pay and leave histories from payroll records.
? Answer payroll related questions.
Skills Needed:
? High School Diploma or equivalent required
? Minimum of 2+ years experience with payroll systems
? Proficient in MS office with emphasis in Excel
? Experience with ADP payroll is a plus
? General knowledge of basic accounting preferred
? Knowledge of basic payroll laws and regulations
