Payroll Administrator Needed ASAP

Payroll processor needed at a large Washington DC Non-Profit Organization to handle payroll for 100 employees. Typical duties include: + Performing data entry and reconciling timecards + Distributing paychecks and statements to department manangers + Answering inquiries from employers and vendorsAll applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
Preferred experience includes: At least one year of solid payroll experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Working knowledge of any HR/Payroll system. (ADP/ProBusiness is desirable) • Ability to meet tight deadlines while producing quality and consistent work. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Strong data entry skills and systems proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Ability to maintain confidential information. • Eagerness to learn new things and maintain a positive attitude toward changes and new challenges. • Work well in a team environment.
