Payroll Assistant (1140)

Urban Outfitters Inc, is currently seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our Payroll Department. Urban Outfitters has 700+ Home Office employees and approximately 7000 store employees nationwide.

In this position, you will ensure that employees are paid accurately. Urban Outfitters has recently implemented the ADP Enterprise System. This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic team and learn about payroll processing.


Position responsibilities include:

? Provide support for all payroll operations
? Data entry of all payroll actions into the ADP Enterprise Payroll System
? Research and resolve employee questions related to payroll and paychecks
? Prepare and distribute various ad hoc reports on a weekly basis
? Special and on-going projects as assigned

 

 

Required Skills:

 

? 2+ years of experience working with payroll systems.
? Ability to work in customer-service oriented team environment
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
? Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

 

 

Experience Required:


Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.

Knowledge of ADP Enterprise system is strongly preferred.
