Payroll Associate - Direct Hire Opportunity

** PAYROLL ASSOCIATE ** CAREER OPPORTUNITY Our client is a Fortune 500 Company in the midst of major expansion. They are looking for two people with experience in large payroll processing to work in a new center. Your hard work will be recognized and rewarded!

Job Responsibilities:
- Enter data into SAP/ADP in order to process multi-state payroll.
- Perform daily accounting functions, participate in projects, prepare journal entries, check requests, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist employees with payroll and payroll tax questions.
- Monitor employee intercompany transfer process including: administration of transfer, analyze tax information, and consult with employees on corrections.
- Monitor and assist in gathering data in order to process invoices. Will maintain large spreadsheets, research, resolve discrepancies, and preparation of journal entries.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years experience in multi-state payroll. Exposure to taxes is a plus.
- Working knowledge of ERP payroll system, ADP preferred.
- Excellent Excel and Word skills.
