Payroll Billing Specialist

Company with several branch offices in Houston and Dallas is seeking a payroll billing specialist for its corporate offices located in far SW Houston.  Job responsibilities include producing weekly payroll and corresponding billing on a timely basis, subsequent distribution of paychecks and invoices, maintain proper files of all documents used to produce payroll, timely response to calls and requests for action.  Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess organizational skills, customer service orientation and good communication skills, heads down and focused, able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and multi-task.  Strong data entry skills, filing skills and light knowledge of payroll and billing procedures is required.
