Payroll Coordinator (1817)

We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator for our Hummelstown, Pennsylvania office. 

 

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for processing the biweekly payroll for approximately 2000 TransCore employees located in 40 states.  This professional will reconcile general ledger accounts, post labor in the accounting system, audit time and attendance data for accuracy, and will process garnishments and manual checks.  In addition, the Payroll Coordinator will respond to employee pay issues for TransCore employees.

 

The ideal candidate will have:Experience processing multi-state payroll, with ideally 2 to 3 years of prior experiencePayroll tax reporting experienceSome accounting or banking experience  Experience with ADP PC/Payroll for WindowsExcel and Word skillsExcellent customer service and communications skills.  An Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred. Designation as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.
