Our Payroll Coordinators are responsible for:

 Processing weekly payrolls, to include batching, entering, verifying, posting, producing checks, updating, and balancing, as well as processing voids, manuals, and stop paymentsProblem-solving, including payroll research as necessaryGenerating and balancing all hardcopy reportsEntering, generating, and reporting automated transmissions of CDP, EZ Pay, Direct Deposit, and credit cards.

 

To do the job well, our Payroll Coordinators need to:

 Be team players, ready to back up other Payroll Coordinators as necessaryHave at least one year of previous computerized payroll experienceHave accurate computer and calculator skillsBe deadline-oriented, work well under pressure, and be reliable and punctual.
