We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Data Assistant to join our world headquarters in Vancouver, WA.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining and entering employee data into the payroll software system prior to each pay period using ADP PCPW. Provides support and backup to other Payroll team members for the processing of full payroll cycles for corporate and field locations. Works closely with human resources staff in each location.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience with payroll processing in a corporate setting required, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Associate?s degree preferred. Knowledge of basic payroll terminology and procedures is required. Proficiency using Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are required. Clear written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Works well in a team environment, including assisting other team members as necessary. Ability to maintain confidential information and analyze data to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
