Payroll - Data Integrity Staff

Job Description -- Process data submitted via W-4 databases.
Review tax panels related to New Hires and Work Location changes submitted
through HRMD and make necessary updates.
Update tax panels related to employee home address changes submitted via Direct Access.
Process all Direct Deposit Requests
Process all VISAs, review FICA Status.
Run and audit tax data queries
Process request from Global Deployment regarding Forms 673
Run queries to determine all staff who are either FICA Exempt, Exempt from
Federal or State or have a special tax withholding status other than None.
Run and monitor monthly work authorization expiration reports, and communicate with staff/HR to resolve
Maintain relationship with PwC Immigration, Global Deployment, and FDBL
Demonstrate foresight in recognizing potential problems and develop ways to improve processes

? 3+ years experience in a Human Resources/Payroll processing environment
? 3+ years of HRMS experience
? Strong Technical skills; PeopleSoft HRMS required
? Willingness, ability work in a fast-pace rapidly changing environment
? Demonstrated knowledge of payroll processes, payroll taxes, Visa and I9 documentation
