Job Profile:
This position under minimal supervision is responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the HRIS associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for the HR & Payroll functions. Maintains the internal database files/tables and develops reports as needed. Processes new hires, terms, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, time sheet data, rate changes, retro adjustments, and special pay. Maintains PTO, work comp, posts entries to journals and ledgers, review tax reports, generates and distributes checks. Assists in data gathering for compensation survey inputs.
Candidate Qualifications:
? Two plus years of HRIS/Payroll experience
? Two year degree in accounting ideal
? Must be able to create reports and analyze data
? Previous experience in implementing an HRIS
? Proficient and proven database skills
? Good oral and written communication skills and abilities
? Proficient and proven database skills.
? Reportsmith & ADP required
? ADP/HRB ideal
