Job Opening: Payroll Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing all activities associated with the efficient and effective operation of the Payroll Services Department

Job Responsibilities: Manages the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes for payroll Oversees the calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions to ensure compliance with federal and state laws Ensures that payments and government reports are disbursed timely and accurately Establishes policies and procedures for the payroll function Manages the personnel in the payroll department including selection, training, performance management, and discipline

Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree ? Finance Preferred 3?6 months of Payroll experience Departmental/Organizational Awareness Negotiation and Mediation skills Coaching and Developing People Communication skills
