East Bay company in the telecommunications industry seeks to hire a Payroll Manager for their area facility. Duties & Responsibilities:

-  Oversee a large team of payroll administrators in a salaried and hourly employee environment

-  Reconcile all payroll accounts to the general ledger

-  Payroll tax, garnishments, reporting, and various other duties as required

-  Apply knowledge in various areas to improve the overall department efficiency

-  Lead by example to ensure team is happy and valuable

 

Requirements:

-  High Volume payroll experience

-  Experience in all areas of payroll including payroll tax and garnishments

-  Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

-  5 years payroll experience with 3 years in a leadership role

-  CPP, CPA preferred but not required ? Certification will put candidate at the front of the line
