We are looking for a Payroll Processing Clerk to compile and process payroll data to ensure accurate paycheck processing and payroll record keeping. 

 

Seeking a Payroll Processing Clerk with:

*2+ years of payroll experience especially with knowledge of ADP, Time & Attendance system required.

*Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and 10-key are required. 

*Excellent work ethic

 

The role will consist of the below and more:

*Directly responsible entirely or partially for payroll processing

 

* Prepare the calculation and issue all unit?s manual checks, and distribute either by FedEx or Inter-office mail.

 

* Perform stop payments to cancel and void checks in ADP system, and issue direct deposit reversal for bad checks.

 

*Perform Garnishment processing

 

*Perform Human Resources download to ADP and other sub-systems, and verify data on reports to ensure accuracy.
