Position Summary: The Payroll Specialist/Client Manager assumes the responsibility for the timely, accurate processing of client?s payroll, assists in daily office functions, interacts with clients and provides outstanding customer service.

 

Responsibilities include the following:

 

? Delivers exceptional customer service

? Accountable and responsible for all aspects of quality service for clients

? Contacts and assists clients in the process of obtaining information for payroll production and tax-related issues

? Responds to/resolves client questions and problems

? Works closely with Payroll Implementation Department to ensure smooth transition of new clients into system

? Keeps abreast of changes in wage and tax laws, and corresponding with federal, state, and local tax agencies on behalf of clients in problem situations

? Assembles and distributes payroll packages to clients

? Assist in regular maintenance of office

? Other duties as assigned

? Previous Payroll experience

? Knowledge of Payroll Taxes

? Ability to work well under pressure

? PC experience and knowledgeable in MS Office

? Good organizational skills

? Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and multi-task with frequent interruptions

? Strong analytical and problem solving skills

? Ability to work well with co-workers, and promote teamwork

? Must exhibit leadership qualities and possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as written, and verbal communications skills
