Job Requirements:
Provides HR/Payroll support services to clients according to contract and governmental regulations.
Provide accurate and timely audits of payroll information rejected entries to ensure minimal payroll errors and appropriate timelines are met.
Provide second review of all documentation received for system updates to ensure proper entry into Ceridian systems (Empowerment, eSource, Signature and Time & Attendance system audits).
Ensure required documents and information is accurate and complies with Client's guidelines.
Support MPS team members and conduct quality audits for new client implementations and go lives.

Major Responsibilities:
Conducts audits to ensure transactional entries are accurate and timely for processing of employee changes and payments (PSID transfers, pay rate changes, validate retro pay calculations, Terminations, New Hires, ACH, Address, Benefit, LOAs, special pays, time entry, imputed income and W2 adjustments - Empowerment and MPS Payroll Specialist 1 data entry) . Ensure proper guidelines are followed in accordance with each clients' policies and procedures to ensure all deadlines are met.
Must conduct audits to comply with SAS70 requirements.
Assist and maintain accurate records to the Siebel database during high level periods. This includes but is not limited to: research, ensure accurate and quality customer service to client associate communications, and resolve minimal as well as complex pay issues.
Prepare appropriate off-cycle payments to associates as necessary. Assist in the testing of system upgrades/updates and interact with Information Technology department as needed.
Assist in the development and recommend procedures to increase operational effectiveness of MPS in support of Client/s needs and steady state processing.
Provide back up support for team members on PDO
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management with multi-tasking ability, strong customer focus, problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Requires minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience in client setting. Three years experience desired.
Ability to resolve employee issues and provide superior customer service to clients.
Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel.
Ceridian product knowledge desired.
High volume (1000 +) payroll experience desired.
High school diploma required. Associates degree desired.
