Payroll and Benefits Administrator
We are a South Jersey manufacturing and distribution company with an immediate opening for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-All aspects of processing weekly payrolls for multiple companies using ADP PC Payroll for Windows and E-Time
-Producing payroll reports on Excel and ADP Reportsmith
-New hire orientation and new hire packet maintenance
-Maintain personnel files
-Manage all benefits: health, dental, life, voluntary insurance, COBRA, FMLA. Verify and process related monthly invoices
-Manage enrollment meetings for all benefits
-Various other accounting related duties as required
Our ideal candidate will be one who is detail oriented, a multi-tasker, has the ability to prioritize projects, is analytical and has a positive attitude; experience with ADP payroll processing is required; knowledge of Excel and Word; be able to correspond with employees as well as management.
