Payroll process to $37k+ - Manufacturing

Job Description: Currently looking for a Payroll person who is interested in part-time work in the Vancouver area. The essential job functions for this position are: Responsible for overall accuracy and timeliness of Payroll Department.
Identify and document processes associated with processing Payroll.
Identify and suggest recommendation for improvements to current Payroll process.
Utilize Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools, as applicable, to reduce process variation.
The qualifications needed for this position are: BA/BS degree or equivalent in Accounting or related area. Five to seven years experience and extensive knowledge of Payroll and Employee Benefit processing required. Experience processing payroll with ADP is required. Experience with Report Smith is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
