Job Opening: Performance Development Program Administrator

 

Job Summary:

In this position you will assume overall responsibility for providing support for the Performance Development Program.

 

Job Responsibilities: Collect, track and maintain database of employee raters and approvers for both 360 assessments and Performance Reviews. Communicate, update and monitor progress on performance reviews and 360's Focal point of communication with Bigby Havis, the program vendor, and employees Extensive interaction with HRIS group to ensure new hires and employee status changes are added to Performance Development Program process as appropriate. Interaction with compensation group for salary administration as relates to Performance Development Program.

 

Job Requirements: High School education and 2 or more years of related experience Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to multi-task Strong customer service orientation -Understanding of corporate structure and organization chartsExcellent written and oral communication skills Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization Strong team player, with the ability to work independently Extensive computer skills: Excel, Power Point, Word, Access -Experience with Lawson a plus
