The Performance Measurement Reporting Analyst is responsible for performing work of a moderately complex nature in the management reporting domain. Essential duties include maintaining and running a variety of recurring reports and analyses, using PeopleSoft, Microsoft Excel, and Hyperion Essbase. A team player with a strong customer service orientation, this position will also assist with the preparation of fully-allocated financial statements and metrics of the business segments and business units, as well as assist with the process of gathering and reporting key enterprise (non-financial) data elements for management reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or General Management; 2+ years in accounting or finance, performing increasingly complex analyses, as well as working knowledge of the mortgage banking process; Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes and controls; Excellent analytical and mathematics skills; Knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis; Strong Excel, Access, and Essbase Retrieve skills; Effective written and oral communication skills.
