Personal Financial Services Tax Director

Job Description -- PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a leading international professional services firm, is seeking a Director in our Personal Financial Services group. Our Personal Financial Services practice provides tax and financial planning services to key corporate executives, high net-worth individuals and families, and closely held business owners. This individual will manage and develop income tax and financial planning client engagements, review very complex individual tax returns and tax planning strategies, and will be involved in managing the practice.

Job Requirement Essential

8 - 10 years of tax compliance and financial planning experience focusing on senior executives and high net worth families and/or other technical tax areas. Strong client relationship and business development skills. Must be motivated and interested in taking initiative for own personal growth and development. Creative problem solving skills, and strong written and oral communication skills, specifically focusing on research and writing. Demonstrated ability to identify tax consulting/compliance opportunities. Management and supervisory experience necessary.

Preferred: Strong technical tax background in the areas of individual taxation, estate and gift taxation, and personal financial planning.
