Plant Accounting Manager

Our client, a Manufacturing Supplier to Fortune 1000 companies, is looking for someone who can do Cost Accounting and Division Financial Statement. This person will establish and maintain a standard cost accounting system; manage general accounting system which integrates multiple manufacturing systems and includes payables, invoicing, and fixed assets; and generate accurate and timely financial statements and various reports. This person will ensure proper system of internal controls, assist operating management in preparing plans and forecasts and presenting these to corporate management, and assist operating management in decision making. This person will also provide computer software support and training to others and make recommendations to management on systems.

Standard cost system experience for a manufacturing business is required. Experience with monthly accounting closes is necessary. A BS in Finance or Accounting field is required. This requires at least at least 5 years of related work experience.
