**Salary 80-100K+bonus,

Duties:

Process daily requests from asset management, construction and property management companies. Review monthly preliminary financial statements and adjusting journal entries. Review monthly condensed financial statements and distribute by the 20th of each month. Analysis of financial statements and financial position of affiliates. Ensure that impound and reserve account reconciliations are up to date. Acquisitions & Dispositions Provide Interest/Insurance/Property Tax budget figures for new fiscal years to asset management and property management companies. Compare actual performance vs. pro-forma. Prepare tax workpapers.

Qualifications 5 years experience as Asst Controller/Controller Excellent communication skills and ability to form good relationships with customers CPA a plus BA or BS in Finance or Accounting Detail oriented ability to multi-task. real estate background with commercial or multi-family experience a plus but not required.
