Posting Specialist to $30k+ - Auto Care

Job Description: Growing auto care company is aggressively seeking a posting specialist with at least one year experience.You would be responsible for accurate posting of accounts receivable on a daily basis including ROA payments received at the company owned stores. Additional requirements are as follows; responsible to maintain unapplied payment percentages within the company requirements. Reveiw and spread accurately each day all customer payments from lock box and ROA receipts. Contact customers regarding questionable payments and resolve based on departmental procedures. Responsible for initiating unapplied payment and charge back correspondence to customers. Maintain the responsibility for unapplied payments and lock box bookkeeping accounts in assigned areas. Assist with mailing or faxing customer invoice copy requests as required. Provide quality, professional customer service to all internal and external A/R Center personnel.
