Private Client Advisors Reconciliation Analyst

Review, enter and analyze transactional investment security information which has been electronically entered into Deloitte's investment reporting systems, compared to investment custodial statements.? Manually enter transactional data from custodial statements.? Research missing information via third-party investment resources (e.g. Bloomberg), and update Deloitte's systems with the findings.?

Support a
team of performance analysts with changes and additions of data to their clients' investment accounts.
Interest, experience and knowledge in Accounting, Finance, or Investments required.? High school diploma required.? Some college coursework and/or working towards a college degree preferred.
Basic knowledge, or the ability to develop such knowledge, of domestic (equity and fixed income) and international financial securities required; willingness to learn.? Must be able to learn industry specific software (Advent Axys, Bloomberg, Morningstar).
Time management, client account organization, documentation skills and attention to detail required.? Client service focus required.? Multi- tasking throughout each day required.? Understand established procedures and apply the procedures to get to the end result.?

Able to acquire skills necessary to perform other related work, as assigned.
