Sarbanes-Oxley Auditor

Our Jacksonville, Florida based client seeks an Auditor who will assist with the Company?s compliance efforts with the Sarbanes-Oxley Amendment of 2002. These activities establish and maintain effective, centralized processes to review the Company?s compliance in the corporate office and the branch locations.

 

Requirements for consideration include:Bachelor?s degree in Accounting is required. Master?s degree or MBA is preferred. Current licensure as a Certified Public Accountant and a minimum of three years of progressively responsible professional-level auditing experience is required.Experience in public accounting or internal audit required.Experience auditing internal controls strongly preferred.A comprehensive knowledge of COSO and Sarbanes-Oxley 302 and 404 requirements including subsequent amendments and previous Sarbanes-Oxley standards is required.

Operational & Financial Auditors

Our Jacksonville, Florida based client seeks Auditors who will perform various but concurrent audit assignments in the areas of financial and operation auditing.  The auditors will assist the Company?s senior management with the development of audit plans focused on reaching the goals and objectives established by the Audit Committee.

 

Requirements for consideration include:Bachelor?s degree in Accounting is required. Master?s degree or MBA is preferred.CPA candidates or a current Certified Public Accountant license is required.  A minimum of three years of progressively responsible professional-level auditing experience is required.Experience in public accounting or internal audit required.
